Quest stages of Event: Powering Up {Power Plant Location}
1. Repair {Power Plant Location}
{Power Plant Location} has shut down. If we want to get the power back on, we need to repair the plant's broken pipes and machinery.
You have a maximum of one hour to complete this event. You will find the reactor and generator inside the main power plant building. The cooling system consists of pipes that you will find inside the cooling towers. The parts you need to fix will not be marked so you have to locate them yourself.
1.1. Make basic repairs to the Cooling System
Go to cooling towers and repair broken pipes. You don't need any materials for this.
1.1.1. (Optional) Fully repair the Cooling System
Repair all damaged pipes. The task will be a little easier as there should be markers guiding you to the still broken pipes.
1.2. Make basic repairs to the Generator System
Go to the main power plant building and find turbine hall. Repair broken control consoles and broken pipes.
1.2.1. (Optional) Fully repair the Generator System
Repair the remaining damaged parts. Markers indicating them should appear.
1.3. Make basic repairs to the Reactor System
Find the reactor. As with the generator, locate and repair broken pipes and damaged control consoles.
1.3.1. (Optional) Fully repair the Reactor System
Repair the remaining damaged parts. Markers indicating them should appear.
2. (Optional) Finish repairs to {Power Plant Location}
To do this, you simply have to repair all the damaged parts of the power plant before restarting it.
3. Restart {Power Plant Location}
If several parts still need to be repaired.
{Power Plant Location} has shut down. There's still some damage, but we've repaired enough of the plant's broken pipes and machinery that we should be able to restart it now.
If all damaged parts have been repaired.
{Power Plant Location} has shut down. We've repaired the plant's systems, so all we need to do now is restart it.
Go to the control room, find the Power Plant Master Control Terminal > Restart Power Plant.

We were able to repair and restart {Power Plant Location}, which is now supplying power to the region.
