Granny stopped in front of a car. Can't move it without hitting her. Is there a way out or are you done?

The only way I know is to hit her and redo the level

At one point in the game, I was able to remove a granny from the parking lot but I have no idea how I did it and trying to figure out how to get back to that option.

You can only use the ufo to remove the granny in the bus levels
