I have been looking for a very long time for a way to craft the legendary heat sink for santdeviston on version 1.61, whatever you have to.
Step #1
First, go to the ripper in Santo Domingo Arroiro (he’s the only one there) and buy a drawing of any rarity that doesn’t matter (if not, exit the store and rewind time after a few times it will appear).
Step #2
Second, you need to upgrade Engineering to level 18 AND Craft too (What is the essence of the crafting level of the purchased drawing will change at level 9, you will have access to the blue option, etc.)
