Introduction
Relic Points is a all-new skill tree system in Phantom Liberty. In order to find them you’ll need the Phantom Liberty expansion to utilise Relic Points, as they’re introduced to you at the start of the DLC when you meet Songbird for the first time. There are a total of nine perks to unlock via this tree, split into three categories: Jailbreak, Emergency Cloaking, and Vulnerability Analytics.
Terminal #1
At the “Petrochem” Stadium.
Terminal #2
On the balcony of a building near the stadium.
Terminal #3
Inside a building near a point of interest.
Terminal #4
In the tunnel.
Terminal #5
In the tunnel on the roof.
Terminal #6
On the third floor of a building with a point of interest.
Terminal #7
In a dead-end near the Cress-Street fast travel point.
Terminal #8
On the same street, in a tunnel with a point of interest. It takes 15 tech points to open the door with the terminal, it looks like it’s the only way to get there.
Terminal #9
In the destroyed building opposite the “Heavy Hearts” Club.
